Certainly, there is not a "Frozen Ice", it's frozen liquid like juice or colored water, but anyway)
That's all layers I made. Starting with base color, then some fillings with white color, Then some little flakes on edges, and flakes on certain material.

This is a "Top" version. Not unfrozen, just frozen for a long time.

This is a "Middle" version. Not unfrozen, but frozen for a little bit.

This is a "Almost Frozen" version. Unfrozen.
